The Freight Perspectives Terms of Use according to the Transporeon Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) are a binding contract between you and Transporeon GmbH (“Transporeon”). They contain the rules and restrictions that govern your use of Freight Perspectives products and services (referred to below as “Freight Perspectives”). Using Freight Perspective’s Substack in any way means that you agree to the Transporeon Master Service Agreement that can be accessed via the link: https://www.transporeon.com/en/system/msa
The Transporeon Master Service Agreement will remain in effect while you use or
remain subscribed to Freight Perspectives. If you don’t agree to all of the
above you may not use or access Substack and Freight Perspectives in any
manner.

If you’re agreeing to these Terms of Use on behalf of an organization or entity, you
represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to the MSA on that
organization or entity’s behalf and bind them (in which case, the references to
“you” and “your” throughout this document refer to that organization or
entity).
